What you will be doing

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require including onsite and offsite activities
• Promote and sell the services and concessions within the Hotel as well as services offered by suppliers
• Assist guests with dining reservations and handling group and special occasions dining needs
• Provide personalized and specialized service to VIP guests of the hotel through pre-arrival emails, communication and follow up throughout stay and post-departure
• Act as a liaison and resource for other departments and employees of the Hotel
• Constantly be aware of daily functions and promotions in the hotel
• Remain in regular contact with guests in house to ensure a seamless, personalized, enjoyable, and comfortable stay
• Surprise and delight at every opportunity and work with other departments to expedite requests
• Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions
• Other duties as assigned
