Resource Manager

We are supporting a global leading marketing organization that is looking to hire a Resource Manager on a full time permanent basis. This is a 'Workday PSA / Projects Superuser' role where you will use Workday PSA / Projects to oversee resourcing for organizational and digital client projects in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday and the ability to utilize the system at a high level to automate processes. There will also be an opportunity to help enhance the configuration of Workday PSA / Projects so hands-on systems experience or configuration skills in Workday PSA / Projects is desirable but not required.

This is a hybrid role in Toronto requiring 3 days a week in the office during orientation, and 2 days a week thereafter.

Focus - use Workday PSA to manage resourcing for organizational and digital client projects in North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will oversee resource management for a large volume of up to 400 resources.

Requirements :

Experience leading resource management for a high volume of resources

Expertise using Workday PSA / Projects or similar systems

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Hands-on system or configuration experience in Workday PSA / Projects desired but not required
