Overall Responsibilities
As a Budget Project Manager, you are a creative and strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a client’s brand, business, and customer. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of client budge management. This position acts as the relationship and account manager for all financially related client matters.
Specific Responsibilities :
Management & Communications
- all client financials through the end-to-end supervision of the budgeting, billing, financial reporting and vendor management processes ensuring accuracy across all disciplines.
- for managing billing, accruals, and budget tracking cross-functionally.
- unbilled media reports and provide commentary to Finance team for reporting.
- timely progression in resolving unbilled / uncleared media to mitigate financial risk across the business.
- as a liaison between the client’s budget management group and the client team(s) to help coordinate projects across the business.
- as the primary liaison between agency and the client for budget management.
- strong client relationships by developing outputs for reporting deliverables and troubleshooting as needed to meet client expectations.
- internal and external client-related or departmental meetings related to client financials.
- Hive Finance Workflow) project management tool to enable efficient project management practices.
- capable of performing all Budget Project Coordinator functions and assist where necessary.

Reporting & Compliance
contact for all client budget management deliverables and troubleshooting as needed to meet client expectations.for reviewing client financial reporting for the agency (AR / AP).planned vs. ordered monthly; identify and explain variances with the CBL.central) filing system for client files.operations policies and best practices across the business.client teams’ billing practices to ensure they are in accordance with client requirements.compliance of contractual obligations in the delivery of client services.and assist with client account mapping and maintenance.and maintain client-specific writers and scribes to troubleshoot inquiries.with all audit deliverables – SOX, KPMG, Client Audits, Audit Complianceand update client budgets in TM1.in the preparation of client’s budget accruals at year-end.Key Competencies
