Commercial Concrete Forming Foreman – Napanee, On Salary 85-120k depending upon experience.Benefits – RRSP, Life Insurance, Health Benefits, Company Vehicle Job Summary Our customer is in search of a foreman specializing in commercial concrete forming. You will play a key role in supporting our team in the execution of new commercial construction projects in and around the Napanee area. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete forming. Duties and Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, participate and effective plan for construction schedule
• responsible for enforcing all project quality control
• responsible for enforcing all safety initiatives and workplace compliance
• direct and monitor all commercial projects to ensure strict adherence of contractual documents, plans and procedures and company practices
• problem solving for conflicts that may arise
• troubleshooting to fix any construction issues that may arise
• effectively communicate with team members, the general contractor and sub trades, contractors
• effectively lead a team of 10-20 employees
• place and pour concrete
• finishing concrete
