4th Class Power Engineer

Job Summary

At Dexterra, you will be responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and monitoring of building automation system (BAS), computerized maintenance management system, HVAC system (including chiller and boiler plant), water treatment systems, fire alarm systems, pneumatic tube system, medical gas and other mechanical / electrical systems or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds in mechanical rooms and respond to support calls.
• Rectify or isolate problems ensuring continuity following IPAC procedures.
• Represent the department to colleagues, hospital staff, and the public with a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate work status with client groups via central call center within the response time policy.
