Job descriptionProvide a top-notch guest experience Prepare our world-famous chicken to the highest quality standards Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen products according to specifications Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Handle cash, reconcile cash and daily paperwork Manage financial controls, operations, team development, customer service, and compliance Maintain and order inventory and supplies Train and develop team members and shift managers to achieve operational excellence Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and security codes Have friendly, dependable qualities and a positive attitude Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Possess organizational skills with the ability to multitask Enjoy working flexible shifts, including weekends and nights Set high standards for yourself and your team – keeping things clean, safe, and fun Are a natural leader who values customers and champions teamwork Want to learn how to run great restaurants from experienced managers Have experience leading a team and motivating them towards common goals
