An established automotive manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams across product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, full-time permanent role
Compensation : Competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and technical leads
- Provide direction across product development, manufacturing launch, and production support
- Ensure engineering deliverables align with quality, cost, timing, and customer requirements
- Support program planning, execution, and engineering reviews
- Allocate and manage engineering resources to support multiple programs
- Drive structured problem solving and corrective actions using recognized methodologies
- Monitor engineering KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, and performance
- Support customer and supplier technical discussions as required
- Contribute to engineering input for new program quotations and changes
- Promote continuous improvement across engineering processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environmentPrevious experience leading engineers or technical teamsStrong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (stamping, welding, automation, or similar)Experience supporting product development and production programsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fully onsite manufacturing environmentProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with engineering and product lifecycle management toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilitiesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
