Role & Responsibilities

You will work with the VP Marketing to level-up Supermove’s position in the market. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, product and customer experience.

You will become a product evangelist, helping us meet our revenue targets by effectively demonstrating the value of our products to the market.

As a Product Marketing Specialist at Supermove, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success by effectively positioning and promoting our products in the moving and storage industry.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, product knowledge, customer empathy and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate must be analytical but also good at synthesizing and telling a captivating story to a unique audience.

Understand and support our GTM teams; train them on the problems we solve for our customers

Create compelling and persuasive product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product pages, presentations, and customer stories

Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and expansion into new use cases

Lead customer research, synthesize insights, and develop deep expertise in target customer segments, verticals, personas, and use cases

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and new growth initiatives

Work with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels and talk tracks for events and speaking opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to gather product information, conduct market research, and refine messaging and positioning.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Competencies

You are an excellent, curious problem solver who starts with why and is able to work relentlessly to remove obstacles and barriers.

You are a great communicator, and enjoy running training and enablement sessions (for both teammates and customers)

You are curious and empathetic to learn about the moving industry and why they can be adverse to change, specifically when it comes to adopting tech.

You are incredibly driven, and willing to run through walls to realize our vision.

You are a really fast learner. You will pick up tools to find speed in execution, ask for help when needed, and be great at managing yourself to get work done and be proud of it.

You bring your personality, interests, and passions to work!

Skills & Experience

1-3 years in a product marketing, sales enablement, or customer success role for a software or transportation company.

Experience managing cross-functional projects is essential

Bonus points if you’ve worked in the moving industry.
