As an IT Administrator reporting into the Chief Technology Officer, you will :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac hardware and software, including network connectivity and usage.
  • Configure and deploy Macs to existing employees and new-hires.
  • Provide both front-line and support for IT issues at the company.
  • Support and maintain phones, conference room systems, printers, networks and other technology both in-office and for remote users.
  • Manage software licenses.
  • Maintain IT security processes and privacy controls
  • Manage Macs through our MDM solution and support installed software.
  • Help administer IT applications and services.
  • Help oversee and maintain IT inventory.
  • Be available for travel to support offices where necessary.

  • Experienced with a minimum of 3 years providing support in a Mac-based tech environment.
  • Advanced in troubleshooting with macOS.
  • Familiar with managing and administering a Google Workspace based environment.
  • Experienced with ticketing systems.
  • Experienced with managing SaaS services, and administering cloud services.
  • Experienced in supporting or managing office networks including connected devices.
  • Willing to grow your skills and learn new tools such as Kandji, scripting, application integration.
