Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections for Dress Shirts and Bridge Sport Shirts.
• Select and recolor fabrics, patterns, and trims to align with brand direction and market trends.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform design strategy and assortment planning.
• Build and maintain detailed tech packs (SMS and bulk) to ensure production accuracy.
• Manage the fit approval process , reviewing samples from proto to final production.
• Approve strike-offs, lab dips, and trims , maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Review bulk fabrics and pre-production samples to ensure specifications are met.
• Develop line sheets and customer selection CADs to support sales presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence.
