Receptionist

Our client is looking for an entry-level Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role is well suited for someone looking to gain administrative experience in a relaxed office environment while supporting daily front-desk and office operations.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and direct visitors.
• Receive and distribute courier packages.
• Book meeting rooms using Microsoft Teams.
• Operate basic office equipment (computers, lights, TVs).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (watering plants, emptying dishwasher).
• Share building updates and notices with staff.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Respond to basic inquiries and forward communications as needed.
• Support reception desk operations by monitoring and redirecting requests.
