A leader in the label manufacturing and printing industry is currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Client Services Representative to join their dynamic team. This role plays an integral part in driving customer satisfaction, managing accounts, coordinating production, and handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. Position Description

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service; anticipating, meeting, and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
• Handling account management responsibilities, maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Working closely with production to coordinate job schedules, maintain workflow, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries professionally, delivering solutions and providing alternative options when necessary.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio, staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the printing industry.
