Job Description
- Familiarize yourself with the competency profiles outlined in Appendix 16 (Reference document for competency profile – Supervisors) : Competency Profiles .
- Develop high-quality exam content over a commitment of approximately 15-20 days (April 1 to May 30, 2025), which includes :
Writing up to 8 scenarios and 90 questions in accordance with industry standards and provided guidelines.
Reviewing and providing feedback on questions created by other SMEs.Revising your own questions based on received recommendations.Qualifications
Required Skills
Extensive knowledge of Canadian Financial Services, particularly in the Supervisor role within Dealer Members.Strong understanding of industry regulations, markets, and key supervisory functions.Familiarity with exam governance, including structures, processes, and professional exam requirements.Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience creating competency-based exam content for the Canadian Financial Services industry.Knowledge of professional or regulatory examinations and their role in competency-based assessments.Experience contributing to the development of professional or regulatory exam materials.Additional Information

No Conflict of Interest :You are not currently employed or contracted to design, develop, or deliver training materials aimed at preparing individuals for the relevant exam(s).
Two-Year Restriction :You will refrain from engaging in any exam preparation-related activities (design, development, or delivery) until two years after the exam(s) are made public.
