Job description

📍 Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

🕒 Duration : 2-year contract | Potential conversion to FTE

📅 Start : End of January

💰 Pay Rate : $18.40 / hour (Please ensure you are comfortable with this rate before applying)

What you’ll do

Log and track trade-related invoices
Review cost centers, services, and billing accuracy
Coordinate approvals with internal business partners
Process invoices for payment using Coupa
Collaborate with Montreal and Toronto teams

What we’re looking for

0–2 years experience in finance ops, accounting, or invoice reconciliation

Strong Excel and MS Office skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage large invoice volumes

Clear written and verbal English communication

Banking or FI experience is a plus
