We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Manager (Temporary) at our Sydney, NS location.

Please note this is a temporary full-time position covering a leave of absence. For the right candidate there is the possibility for full time employment.

Purpose :

Supports the Regional Manager in providing leadership in managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
• Ensure that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments
• Continuously improve store culture
• Maintain consistency across all departments within the organization
• Ensure the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
• Oversee maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
• Represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
• Monitor company CRM tool
• Ensure proper follow up with customers before and after the sale
