We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Manager (Temporary) at our Sydney, NS location.
Please note this is a temporary full-time position covering a leave of absence. For the right candidate there is the possibility for full time employment.
Purpose :
Supports the Regional Manager in providing leadership in managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
- Ensure that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments
- Continuously improve store culture
- Maintain consistency across all departments within the organization
- Ensure the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
- Oversee maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
- Represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
- Monitor company CRM tool
- Ensure proper follow up with customers before and after the sale
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in equipment dealer operations, business systems, and sales support tools preferredManagement experience an assetAbility to develop and motivate others through coachingGood understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a teamValid Ddiver's licensePlease submit your resume today!
