About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing engaging and effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia development, and the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.Curriculum Development : Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments.Content Creation : Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids.Multimedia Development : Utilize authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite to create visually appealing and effective training materials.Audio Production : Produce high-quality audio content, including podcasts and voiceovers.Records Management : Ensure compliance with records retention and destruction policies throughout the training development and delivery process.Qualifications :
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in instructional design and developmentStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theoriesProficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in creating audio content, such as podcasts and voiceoversKnowledge of financial services and banking industry, particularly in relation to records managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications :
