BC Dental Study Club is one of North America's leading continuing education platforms for dentists, offering hands-on workshops, flagship programs, and a growing online community. We're building something special — and we need a creative storyteller to help us share it.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Videographer / Video Editor to own our entire content operation across the dental practice, study club, and a brand-new podcast. You'll work directly with Dr. Faraj Edher and the team — no layers, no red tape. This is both a creative and strategic role : we want someone who can execute at a high level and bring ideas to the table. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a media presence from scratch across three growing brands.

What You'll Create

Short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Long-form videos for YouTube

Podcast episodes (video format) distributed across all major platforms

B-roll footage at the clinic and during study club events

Clinical procedure videos

Stories and reels featuring the team and behind-the-scenes moments

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in videography and video editing (show us your work)

Proficiency in professional editing software

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability across formats

Comfortable working in a clinical / medical environment

Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects without hand-holding

Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute tasks

Hungry — you see this as an opportunity to build something, not just a job

Bonus : Experience with podcast production, motion graphics, or photography

$65,000 – $75,000 base salary (based on experience)
