Maintenance Manager

This individual will oversee maintenance activities across multiple facilities and involves leading a team, managing repair and preventative-maintenance schedules, and ensuring high uptime for a diverse fleet of heavy equipment and machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and lead maintenance team and provide support for ongoing projects
• Manage day to day maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to take initiative, lead a team and stay on course to ensure the best possible result
• Independent thinker, ability to maintain priorities for the Maintenance department.
• Sense of urgency and the ability to multitask
• Technical and mechanical ability, Electrical knowledge (PLC, Controls)
• Ability to take full accountability for maintenance activities
• Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of relevant management experience is required
• Previous experience in a maintenance management/supervisor role is required
• Ability to lead PM initiatives
• Experience with team development, project implementation
• Ability to work closely with multiple departments and teams
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fabrication, and heavy equipment
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
