Responsibilities

• Verifying, analyzing, and processing retail credit applications in a timely manner, helping to grow retail acquisitions with minimal risk of loss and maximizing profit
• Reviewing and making decisions on credit transactions or submit recommendation to a higher approval authority
• Communicating with CNH Capital sales team, dealers, and end-user customers to effectively structure transactions to support equipment sales
• Having knowledge and ability to apply policy and procedure as required
• Identifying and supporting implementation of process and system improvements
• Timely completion of additional projects and tasks that you will be assigned to
• Positive attitude
• Problem solving skills and ability to propose and implement creative solutions
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good MS Excel skills
• Great ability to relate and communicate with multiple dealers and internal customers will be key to succeed in this role, both written and verbal
