Job description

Position : Supply Chain Business Analyst

Location : Mount Royal

Salary : $75k+ (based on experience)

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in improving supply chain efficiency, optimizing processes and costs, and supporting decision-making for the supply chain and operations teams through insightful analyses and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Business Analyst position

  • Lead the Integration of Data Processes : Oversee the end-to-end integration of all data acquisition processes within the Supply Chain into Tableau Dashboards, ensuring smooth data visualization and insightful analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop Tableau Training Programs : Design and deliver training sessions for Operations teams, enabling effective use of Tableau's features to drive data-based insights.
  • Act as Supply Chain-DT Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the Supply Chain team and the Digital Technology (DT) department, managing the maintenance, updates, and optimization of Supply Chain systems to align with business objectives and technological innovations.
  • Drive Data-Driven Process Analysis : Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in Supply Chain processes using statistical methods and advanced tools to highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Create Process Templates : Develop templates to standardize and streamline key Supply Chain workflows.
  • Enhance Supply Chain Models : Collaborate with departments to design, maintain, and evolve critical Supply Chain models, enabling faster, data-informed decision-making.
  • Standardize Procedures : Implement best practices and standardized procedures across Supply Chain functions, fostering streamlined operations and improved efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Facilitate Feedback & Performance Reviews : Organize regular reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders to assess the success of implemented changes, promoting continuous learning and adaptability within the Supply Chain.
  • Qualifications

    Our Ideal Candidate for the Supply Chain Business Analyst Role Possesses :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in supply chain or data analysis roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite, forecasting tools, and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with demand and supply planning processes (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake or similar data pool platforms (a bonus!).
