On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead business-driven projects within Commercial and Business Banking, focusing on cash management functionality and CRM/Salesforce roadmap initiatives. This role requires strong executive-facing skills, the ability to manage ambiguity, and critical thinking to align projects with business strategy.

Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking - Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cash management enhancements for large corporate clients
• Drive development and socialization of Salesforce CRM roadmap
• Conduct risk assessments, governance meetings, and ensure adherence to project management frameworks
• Provide regular status reporting and executive updates
• Collaborate with technology teams for implementation while maintaining business ownership

Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-10+ Years as a Business Project Manager
• 5+ years of experience within cash management
• 5+ years functional Salesforce experience
• 8+ years executive-facing project management

Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ECRM initiatives
• Familiarity with commercial banking products and processes

Business Project Manager - Commercial Banking – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position.
