Job Description
Looking for a motivated individual with a high attention to detail and experience in the construction industry.
Office administration encompasses the essential tasks and processes required for an office to run smoothly, including managing information, supporting effective communication, organizing workspaces, and handling financial or administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organization & Planning : Managing schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining a functional office environment.
- Communication : Serving as a point of contact, handling emails and phone calls, and facilitating clear communication between staff and clients.
- Information & Record Keeping : Processing and filing various types of information and maintaining accurate records.
- Administrative Support : Ordering building and office supplies, assisting with financial tasks like invoicing and payroll.
Skills Required
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication for effective internal and external interactions.Technical Proficiency : Comfort with office software, including google drive, google docs, google spreadsheet, google calendar, chat GPTTeamwork : Ability to foster a collaborative work environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.Adaptability : Flexibility and resourcefulness to handle a fast-paced and diverse workload.JOB TERMS : Permanent
