Job description

A company specializing in the distribution of commercial printing paper and packaging equipment is looking for a versatile receptionist for a temporary position of indeterminate duration.

The position is located in Anjou in East Montreal. Join a dynamic team in a stimulating environment!

Advantages

  • Location : Position located in Anjou, in East Montreal
  • Salary : $21 / hour
  • Schedule : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12 : 00 a.m. to 8p.m.
  • Duration : Temporary assignment of indeterminate / unspecified duration (or : Long-term temporary mandate)
  • Parking : On-site parking available

Responsibilities

Mail & Correspondence Management : Receiving, sorting, drafting, and dispatching physical mail and emails.

Administrative Filing & Archiving : Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records and files.

Data Entry : Accurate input and updating of information into company systems.

Order Processing : Tracking and handling customer and supplier orders.

Qualifications

Bilingual : English and French.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
