Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all payroll and billing activitiesLiaise with stakeholders to meet client and corporate targetsServe as a primary point of contact for all payroll and billing related inquiriesIdentify opportunities for improvement and provide follow-up, positive and constructive feedbackPrepare and obtains approval for all payablesVerify client reports and documents for accurate sign offGenerate reports and ensure on time submissionsCollaborate with front line management teams and complete all reconciliation requests identified through internal document process or client requestsManage invoices for region accountsAssist and support other departmentsEducation & Skills Required
3 – 5 years experience with payroll and billing processing3 – 5 years experience with accounts payable / receivablesDetail oriented, computer savvy, easily adaptable to changeAble to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlinesExperience with an HRIS system an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh school diplomaLocal to EdmontonSSEDM
