Maple Reinders Constructors is currently looking for an experienced Site Project Administrator to join our Civil Construction divisionin successful candidate will be working on the Highland Creek Treatment Plant project in Scarborough Ontario .

This site based position will support the project team with awide range of responsibilities including but not limited to :

• Preparation of site meeting minutes daily reports and timesheets summaries and weekly progress reports and distribution accordingly.
• Greeting visitors to site and ensure they are signed in and oriented to site procedures including in and out sheets first aid and training video.
• Field expediting of miscellaneous materials rented and operated equipment.
• Physical point of contact on-site for deliveries and pick-ups.
• Assist with document control (distribution of drawings and specifications).
• Update trailer boards with the most up to date Health and Safety procedures and reports.
• Assist with the organization of site meetings as well as sub-trade coordination meetings.
• Assist in the orientation of new site personnel.
• Assist with surveying layout lines levels and verification of the work.
• Routine correspondence to Engineer Sub-Trades and Suppliers in co-operation with the Superintendent.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in tracking issues changes in condition requests for information and change orders.
• Assist with the management of and track our QA / QC program.
• Track progress and productivity rates.
