Engineering Project Manager

Position : Engineering Project Manager

Location : Woodbridge, ON

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering / Project Management / Mechanical

Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage engineering department’s day- to -day activities, fostering a collaborative environment with focus on Continuous Improvement.
• Coach and identify training needs of all individuals working in the engineering team.
• Collaborate with different department heads, as well as Plant Manager, to assess progress and discuss required changes, to ensure targets are met
• Establish and achieve KPI metrics of the department.
• Deliver on strategic performance and demonstrate strong commitment and follow-through to drive results and department innovation
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
