Finance Manager

THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Finance Manager to support a vibrant, multi‑departmental organization through a six‑month contract. This role oversees full-cycle financial reporting, monthly statements, and ASNPO-compliant reporting while supervising a small but diverse accounting team. You will play a key role in strengthening financial processes, supporting budget activities, and acting as a trusted business partner across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and ASNPO reporting
• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting staff
• Support and planning activities and budget preparation
• Oversee high-volume accounts payable workflows
• Partner closely with operational leaders to enhance financial processes, promote transparency, and build alignment across departments
• Foster a customer-focused finance function that supports organizational efficiency and shared goals
