Purchasing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports purchasing operations, ensures order accuracy, and maintains strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who has manufacturing experience and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders accurately.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders and track deliveries.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Resolve basic invoice and quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Generate purchasing reports using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Follow company purchasing policies and collaborate with internal teams to support efficient workflows.
