Position Overview

Source Code is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities :

• Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
• Healthcare Recruitment preferred
