• MaintainClientEngagementandFinancialSecuritycontrolframeworkthroughouttheAmericasCIBplatformincompliancewithlocalandcompany-establishedregulations
• TrackkeyDueDiligencepolicymetricstoconfirmtheeffectivenessoftheestablishedprocessesandcontrols
• Supportauditrequestsbypullingdocumentationandotherinformationasrequiredwhileundertightdeadlines
• ValidateRegulatoryRequirementsarecapturedaccurately(FINCENCDD17A-5TransactionProfile)
• ReviewcontrolreportsfordiscrepanciesnotifytheDueDiligenceteaminAMERforremediationandprovideresultstomanagement.

• BachelorsdegreeinFinanceEconomicsorotherrelatedfieldofstudy
• 1to3yearsofexperienceinKYC/QualityControlDueDiligenceClientOnboardingComplianceorasimilarfield
• UnderstandingofrelevantAML/KYCdocumentationrequirementsbankpoliciesandregulatoryrequirements
• KnowledgeofrequirementapplicabletoKYCincludingTheUSAPATRIOTACTOFACandFinCENregulations
• Haveacontrolmindsetdetailedorientatedandadesiretotakeownershipofobjectivesanddriveresults
• ProficientinMSOffice(WordExcelPowerPoint)
• VBAandPowerBIastrongplus.

GiventhevastmajorityofourclientsbothinternalandexternalarebasedoutsideofQuebecandCanadaspecificlanguagerequirementsmayapply.KnowledgeofEnglishisrequired.FrenchandSpanishareaplus.
