Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy & Systems Design : Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions, integrating SaaS platforms and identity systems.
- Automation & Integration Development : Build and maintain automations using REST APIs, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, and workflow platforms such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier.
- AI & Emerging Technology Enablement : Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate development, incident response, and documentation, experimenting with generative AI and workflow intelligence.
- Operational Reliability & Security : Enhance the reliability and resilience of critical IT services, implement monitoring, alerting, and governance practices that protect data and meet security standards.
- Incident Resolution & Root Cause Analysis : Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver durable fixes to reduce operational noise and support business continuity.
- Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration : Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and process diagrams; mentor teammates and foster a culture of transparency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS or enterprise environment.Deep understanding of modern SaaS ecosystems, SSO / SCIM integrations, and identity / access management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).Hands‑on coding and automation with APIs and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript / TypeScript).Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, bridging business goals with technical solutions.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Pluses
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Okta Workflows, Workato, Zapier, Tines, or equivalent.Familiarity with AI‑assisted development (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer).Knowledge of SaaS management and governance frameworks, including lifecycle management and license optimization.Background in cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.Strong analytical mindset and passion for improving productivity through smarter systems design.Experience working with distributed, cross‑functional teams and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.Compensation
Pay Grade – I
Equity Grade – 3
Base pay range : $90,000 – $130,000 (covered in a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits).
Remote‑first company : roles are primarily remote with occasional in‑office requirements.
