The Opportunity : Account Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the technology or healthcare sectors, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
You will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Base $60K + percentage commission of finalized annual sales from a candidate
Tier 1 : 5% total commission up to $2M USD sales
Tier 2 : 3.5% total commission up to $5M USD sales
Tier 3 : 2% total commission above $5M USD sales
What You’ll Do :
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing the sales process.
- Create and implement detailed sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This includes identifying target markets, segmenting customers, and crafting specific approaches for each segment.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Establish clear sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for short-term and long-term success. Regularly track and adjust strategies to ensure these targets are met.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use a combination of research, networking, and lead-generation tools to identify high-potential customers, particularly within the healthcare, wellness, and technology sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, maintaining contact with the customer to address any post-sale concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a experience in technology, healthcare, medical devices sales experience within the US market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to a diverse audience.
- Technical aptitude to comprehend data and Xandar Kardian technology.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and flexible problem-solving skills for addressing challenges as they arise.
- Consistent good attendance and the ability to maintain high standards of performance.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work in Toronto Office
- Occasional travel required within North America.
- Flexibility in working occasional non-traditional hours (including evenings, mornings and / or weekends) required.
