JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team.This position is responsible for identifying and locating parts, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the maintenance and production departments with timely and efficient parts management.The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Identify and locate parts needed for maintenance and production operations.
• Read and interpret manuals, part catalogs, and technical documentation to ensure correct part selection.
• Maintain and organize parts inventory, including labeling, shelving, and documentation.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts or audits.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams to understand parts needs and priorities.
• Assist with ordering and receiving parts, including supplier communication and purchase tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of part usage, receipts, and stock levels in the inventory management system.
• Support process improvements related to inventory accuracy and parts availability.
