We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team on our famous IP Dead by Daylight. As a Senior Data Analyst at Behaviour, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of tracking tools used for performance and quality reporting of our game. Your expertise in creating useful dashboards will be key to providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and elevate player experience. From gathering business needs for dashboards to deploying them in production, while ensuring a setup that will facilitate their maintenance, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow data analysts, to achieve our ambitious goals. In this role you will :

• Oversee the development of game telemetry from A to Z to ensure that player behaviour can be analyzed : Gather business needs, prepare clear analytic designs, collaborate with Game Programmers and Data Developers to implement, process and transform analytics into usable data and finally, create and maintain live dashboards that contain insightful KPI for decision makers;
• Produce clear and concise output / outcome (dashboard reports and analyses) to meet the needs identified;
• Promote knowledge and understanding of player behaviour at studio level through clear and well-documented analyses;
• Establish strong working relationships with partners and colleagues built on trust and proximity;
• Work with different teams to adapt approaches and tools to solve complex problems and find good balance between velocity, accuracy, and quality;
• Have a positive attitude towards the accomplishment of your work.
