Candidates must have verifiable track records, impeccable reputation, exceptional training and strong leadership skills.Experience with CRM systems and DealerSocketStrong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.Establish long & short term sales goals, control of RV inventory and CRM.Provide continuing training and development, regular coaching & motivation.Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base and managing customer opportunities.Compensation :
