Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services, you will be engaged in bookstore operations which include assisting with the ordering of textbooks, supplies and merchandise as well as the sale of all bookstore items, managing web orders through our e‑commerce site, store upkeep including merchandise displays,Contour performing the annual inventory count. You will also be cross‑trained השל support Business Office operations.
Qualifications
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post‑secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional / Office Administration combined with a minimum of two years' of recent and related experience in a fast‑paced office environment. Or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10+) years of administrative experience.
