Reporting to the General Manager the Technical Account Manager's Primary Job Functions will be Account Management, Territory Development, Provide and Develop Technical Product Solutions, Lead Generation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Build strong customer relationships.
Provide technical assistance and solutions in assigned territory.
Develop new customers and opportunities in assigned territory.
Utilize exceptional sales and technical skills to grow sales and margins in assigned territory.
Required Skills and Experience :
Exceptional sales and technical expertise.
Excellent negotiation skills, Account development and Customer Service.
Technical product knowledge – LV / MV motors and drives, automation products, MV SW gear and custom panels.
Previous account and territory development.
Previous CRM knowledge and discipline.
Must be self-motivated, results focused, and enjoy working with people.
A professional attitude and appearance.
