We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and prepare offer letters, assignment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Provide assistance with updates, analysis, and reporting in HR systems.
- Process medical leave claims, address employee inquiries, and ensure accurate follow-ups.
- Manage and monitor ticketing queues to ensure timely resolution of HR requests.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct research, draft correspondence, and gather information.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop workflows, process flows, and other HR-related documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.
- Provide vacation coverage and support for various HR functions as needed.
- Work closely with business partners to assist with onboarding and recruitment processes.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft applications, including Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for addressing employee inquiries.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation and workflows.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and medical leave processes.
- Experience in onboarding new employees and supporting recruitment efforts.
