Job description

Adecco is currently looking for a Retail Associate to work full-time hours for our client located in East-end of Ottawa. This would be 25-35 hours a week, with some flexibility for which days are worked.   • Pay rate : $ 18.50 / hour
  • Location : Trainyards- Ottawa , ON
  • Contract Length : 1 month (Possibility of extension)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Report any issues or concerns to the store manager

    • The Retail Associate must meet the following mandatory requirements :

  • Previous experience in a retail role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a high-end retail environment
