THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Strategy & Operations team is growing with it! This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team that that enables exponential growth through operational excellence. As the Director / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be an internal consultant to a Division of the business, identifying, building, and implementing the people and process solutions needed to operate at the highest level of effectiveness. You will partner directly with the leadership team to lead transformational projects across a variety of functions. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
