Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, sales, and client-facing consulting, with the ability to develop and enhance our SEO offering, automate delivery processes, and drive profitability. This role will focus exclusively on SEO strategy and execution for the MageMontreal website. This is a remote freelance position with an estimated commitment of 10 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SEO Offering: Create and refine our SEO service offerings to meet client needs and market trends
• Templatize and Automate Services: Design and implement templates and automation processes to streamline service delivery and increase efficiency
• Sales and Client Management: Sell SEO services to existing clients and sales prospects, showcasing the value and impact of our offerings
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SEO executants, providing clear guidelines, performance reviews, and ongoing support
• Training: Train the team on the effective use of SEMRush and other SEO tools to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Profitability: Ensure the profitability of our e-commerce SEO services by managing resources effectively and optimizing service offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO agency or as a freelance SEO consultant
• Proven sales experience with a strong ability to pitch and sell SEO services
• Extensive client-facing consulting experience
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Ability to work in the EST timezone (required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in SEMRush and other SEO tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
