KMB Law is seeking a Legal Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with 1‑2 years of law firm experience. The successful candidate will be organized, detail‑oriented, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Position Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will welcome guests and coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Additionally, you will assist lawyers in the Toronto office with general legal administration tasks and be responsible for overflow billing assistance as required. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for maintaining efficient office operations in a fast‑paced setting.
The position is in our Toronto office and is an in‑office role. Working hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., though you may be required to work outside normal business hours to meet business and client needs.
