Now Hiring : Baker in British Columbia – LMIA & Immigration Support Available

We are hiring a full-time Baker for a well-established bakery in British Columbia, Canada. This opportunity is ideal for individuals already in Canada on an open work permit—including Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP), or Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP)—who are seeking long-term employment with LMIA support and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, and cookies
  • Ensure all recipes and quality standards are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and equipment
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
  • Assist in the creation of new recipes and seasonal products

    • Work Schedule

  • Full-time role with 8-hour shifts
  • Flexible availability required (morning, afternoon, evening shifts)
  • Weekends and holidays as needed

    • Who Should Apply?

    Candidates Inside Canada :

  • Currently on a valid PGWP, SOWP, or BOWP
  • Minimum 6 months of baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery
  • Located in or willing to relocate to British Columbia or nearby areas

    • International Applicants :

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time baking experience in a commercial setting
  • Francophone candidates welcome (French not required)
  • Must be eligible for LMIA or British Columbia PNP sponsorship

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English language proficiency (CLB 5 or higher)
  • Proven experience in baking and pastry preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
