Your new role As Regional Director, you will lead all revenue-generating activities across an assigned geographic region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full accountability for regional revenues, profitability, customer retention, and market expansion. You will oversee Area Managers, large-scale project teams, scaffolding and emerce functions, ensuring strongmercial execution, disciplined sales processes, and effective space management. Acting as a seniormercial leader, you will build and execute regional growth strategies, strengthen key client relationships, and position the business as a trusted partner for major contractors and strategic accounts. Working closely with Operations and Technical leadership, you will ensure operational readiness, technical alignment, and seamless project delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for building a high-performing sales organization through talent development, succession planning, and leadership accountability, while maintaining strongernance, forecasting accuracy, and financial discipline across the region. What you'll need to succeed You will bring a strongmercial leadership background, ideally within construction, engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environments, along with a deep understanding of technically driven, project-based sales.
