Nanny Wanted - Looking For Part Time Nanny / Au Pair For Help Weekday Afternoons And Evenings In Little Portugal

Hello Bonjour!

We are looking for a part time nanny or au pair to help weekday afternoons and evenings starting in November. We have a basement suite in our home if you were interested in a live-in position, but that is not a requirement.

We are a family of 4 : a French father, Romain, a Canadian mother, Tara, a 5 year old girl, Mackenzie, a 2 year old boy, James. Oh and a cat, so there’s actually 5 of us. We speak French and English at home, so ideally you will speak a bit of both.

We are looking for someone who can provide us with about 15 hours of work a week, and maybe up to 25 hours once a month (for instance for occasional week end work or when Romain travels to Europe). We can adjust your workload as needed, but are hoping to find someone who is flexible.

Your primary duties would be picking up and ferrying our 5 year old girl to various activities in the afternoon and early evening. Romain works from home and usually picks up our 2 year old from daycare, but evenings are pretty chaotic right now and so even though he will be home, we could really use an extra pair of hands to help entertain the kids, prep, and clean up after dinner. We also like to have a date night every other week or so!

The ideal candidate would also be willing to do few hours a week of light housekeeping; cleaning, doing laundry, and doing a bit of meal prep.
