Job description

Job Description : Licensed Real Estate Agent for Pre-Construction Residential Sales

Great Gulf, a leading real estate development company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents to sell pre-construction residential units at our new development in Barrie. We are committed to building inspiring spaces across North America and are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present pre-construction and inventory condominium and freehold sales opportunities to clients and brokers.
  • Advertise, market, and sell residential properties.
  • Engage, manage, and develop relationships with clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and purchasers.
  • Review, explain, and sign Agreements of Purchase and Sales, Tarion documents, and amendments.
  • Stay informed on product, construction, market, and legal updates related to sales.
  • Conduct market studies and track competitor trends.
  • Understand market and economic data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and lead management systems.
  • Engage in full prospecting activities, including cold calling and business development.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business service line.

Additional Responsibilities

Communication & Influencing : Promote and manage client relations.

Customer Service : Provide high-quality service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Active RECO license; must transfer license to Gulf Lake Realty Ltd.
  • Minimum of 3+ years selling residential pre-construction products (low-rise preferred, high-rise acceptable).
  • Physical & Work Environment

    Standing and sitting throughout the day; business professional attire; work at the Terra Barrie Sales Office five days a week during specified hours.
