Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with customers
- Manage CRM software
- Manage accounts receivable
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and communicate expansion opportunities to customers
- Monitor customers usage and engagement
- Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare and deliver customer reports and presentations
- Attend and participate in customer meetings and calls
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with customersExperience with SaaS products and technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of CRM software1+ years of experience in account management or a related field preferredEducation
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
