Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and continuously monitor various production machinery according to precise work orders and technical specifications.
  • Execute quality checks on finished goods to ensure adherence to stringent regulatory and company standards.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of minor equipment malfunctions and carry out essential preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain absolute adherence to all established operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Accurately maintain detailed production logs and documentation, including run cycles, output, and downtime.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
  • Physical capacity to meet job demands, including standing for extended shifts and performing occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs as required).
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively as an integral team member.
