If you are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance graphics performance and visual quality, this could be an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and next-generation graphics solutions.
  • In this position, you will focus on optimizing graphics applications, improving rendering performance, and developing AI-driven techniques to enhance image and video quality across advanced graphics platforms.
    • Salary: $73.00/hour
    • Location: Markham, ON

  • Responsibilities
    • Analyze and fine-tune the performance of graphics applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Optimize software components to deliver industry-leading graphics performance and visual quality.
    • Research and develop deep learning-based rendering techniques to enhance graphics quality.
    • Apply AI-driven image and video processing methods, including denoising and super-sampling technologies.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve rendering pipelines and graphics performance.
    • Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of graphics software solutions.
    • Evaluate and implement advanced rendering techniques, including ray tracing and rasterization.
    • Support the integration of AI models into graphics workflows and applications.
    • Participate in technical discussions, performance analysis, and architecture reviews.
    • Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI, computer graphics, and rendering technologies.
  • Qualifications
    • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
    • Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures, including GANs, CNNs, RNNs, and Autoencoders (AEs).
    • Experience with AI-based image and video processing technologies, including denoising and super-sampling.
    • Experience with graphics rendering pipelines and performance optimization.
    • Strong understanding of ray tracing and rasterization techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
    • Fluent programming skills in Python and C/C++.
    • Experience working with graphics APIs such as Vulkan, OpenGL, and OpenGL ES.
    • Knowledge of graphics driver development on Windows, Linux, and/or Android platforms.
    • Strong background in computer graphics and computer architecture.
    • Experience contributing to open-source software development is considered an asset.
    • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
