Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) service à la clientèle

ADP inc., est située à mi-chemin entre Ste-Marie et St-Lambert.

Nous recherchons un(e) Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) afin de soutenir les activités administratives et d’amélioration continue.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Répondre aux appels et courriels avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
  • Accueillir les clients et répondre à leurs demandes
  • Effectuer les suivis liés aux commandes, livraisons et garanties
  • Maintenir des relations positives et durables avec la clientèle
  • Effectuer un support à la comptabilité et participer à l’inventaire
  • Gérer les réclamations de garantie auprès des clients et fournisseurs
  • Soutenir la direction et améliorer les processus administratifs

Profil recherché

  • AEC ou DEC en administration, bureautique ou domaine connexe
  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration ou service à la clientèle
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, anglais fonctionnel (atout)
  • Connaissance du domaine de la distribution électrique (atout)
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; SAGE 50 est un atout
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rapidité d’exécution
  • Professionnalisme, jugement, polyvalence et esprit d’équipe
